While I was still on the phone with my bank, a colleague messaged me: "Are you okay? That email with the link looked strange." I hadn't sent anything. A client had almost paid an "updated" invoice with a new bank account number. In total, four contacts received emails from my inbox  with my signature, my tone of voice. Someone was sitting right in the middle of my working life.
